Pricing
Simple pricing for a narrow Microsoft 365 review product.
LicenMark is priced primarily by Microsoft 365 environment size. Start with a one-off review, then use a quarterly plan only if repeated review becomes useful.
One-Off Review: £900 up to 150 users
Ready buyers can start setup immediately. If you want to confirm fit, scope, or the right review path first, request a review discussion.
Pricing model
Simple pricing based primarily on Microsoft 365 environment size.
Most teams should start with a one-off review. Pricing is based primarily on how large the Microsoft 365 environment is, with separate scoping only where the environment is unusually large or complex.
Standard pricing bands
Up to 150 users, 151 to 500 users, or custom scope above 500
This keeps pricing clearer for both one-off and quarterly review plans.
What affects price
Environment size is the main pricing anchor.
LicenMark is intentionally narrow. Public pricing is anchored primarily to Microsoft 365 environment size so buyers can understand where they fit without guessing.
- Up to 150 users
- 151 to 500 users
- Above 500 users
- Whether you want a one-off review or a quarterly review cadence
Environment size sets the main pricing band. Unusually large or complex environments are scoped separately only where needed.
What stays the same
Every version of LicenMark follows the same operating model.
Always included
- Read-only Microsoft 365 and Entra ID review

Who this is suited to
Best suited to teams that want clarity without turning this into an internal project.
LicenMark is for teams that know Microsoft 365 contains the signals, but do not want to keep rebuilding the same review manually every time someone asks.
- Teams with roughly 50 to 500 Microsoft 365 users who want a clear review without building one internally
- CTOs, IT leads, and security-conscious operators who want a clear review output
- Teams where licence waste, stale access, and weak evidence are reviewed inconsistently today
What you are paying for
Not more features. A clear review you can actually use.
You are paying for a productised review that turns scattered Microsoft signals into a clear current position, with output that can be circulated internally without becoming another spreadsheet exercise.
Quarterly review is not just the same report repeated. It shows what changed since the last review, what was resolved, what remains open, and where licence waste or stale access has quietly returned.
The one-off gives you a clear starting position. Quarterly earns its place when seeing what changed between reviews becomes valuable.
Quarterly review proof
What the quarterly plan shows that a one-off cannot
The quarterly plan is not the same report repeated. It shows what changed since the previous review, what was resolved, what remains open, and whether paid-licence exposure is moving in the right direction.
In this example, the latest review shows fewer open items and £464 less monthly value under review than the previous quarter, while still surfacing new items that appeared in the meantime.
Pricing bands
Public pricing is straightforward for standard environments.
Most teams will fit into one of the standard bands below. If your environment is unusually large or unusually complex, we scope it separately before anything starts.
One-Off Review
- £900 up to 150 users
- £1,400 for 151 to 500 users
- Custom scope above 500 users
Quarterly Review Plan
- £1,500 per quarter up to 150 users
- £2,250 per quarter for 151 to 500 users
- Custom scope above 500 users
The review method stays the same across all bands. What changes is environment size and whether you want a one-off review or a quarterly cadence.
Next step
See which review path fits your environment.
If you already know LicenMark fits, start setup and move through onboarding in a controlled way. If you want to confirm scope, pricing band, or whether a one-off review or quarterly cadence is the better path, request a review discussion.
One-Off Review: £900 up to 150 users, £1,400 for 151 to 500 users. Quarterly Review Plan: £1,500 per quarter up to 150 users, £2,250 per quarter for 151 to 500 users.
