Most teams should start with a one-off review. Pricing is based primarily on how large the Microsoft 365 environment is, with separate scoping only where the environment is unusually large or complex.
Standard pricing bands
Up to 150 users, 151 to 500 users, or custom scope above 500

LicenMark is intentionally narrow. Public pricing is anchored primarily to Microsoft 365 environment size so buyers can understand where they fit without guessing.

What the quarterly plan shows that a one-off cannot
The quarterly plan is not the same report repeated. It shows what changed since the previous review, what was resolved, what remains open, and whether paid-licence exposure is moving in the right direction.
In this example, the latest review shows fewer open items and £464 less monthly value under review than the previous quarter, while still surfacing new items that appeared in the meantime.
