Security and trust
A review layer that reads your Microsoft environment, changes nothing, and states the current position clearly.
LicenMark surfaces access and licence issues without touching your tenant.
Read-only. Deterministic. Narrow by design. If you want to review the model first, request a review discussion. If it already fits your requirements, you can start setup directly.
Why read-only matters
Because trust falls fast when review tools start making changes.
For this kind of product, read-only is not a limitation. It is part of the value.
A review layer is easiest to trust when it shows the current position clearly and leaves action decisions with your team.
- Reads your tenant. Changes nothing.
- Keeps review and remediation separate.
- Makes it easier to trust the output.
- Makes internal review easier to defend.
Narrow scope by design
Narrow scope is a trust decision, not a product limitation.
LicenMark is a Microsoft 365 access and licence review product, not an IAM suite, not a remediation engine, and not a platform trying to expand its footprint in your environment.
- No platform sprawl
- No feature-tier complexity
- No "smart" hidden logic
- No blurred line between review and action
Access and data handling
The review requires read-only access and is designed to stay narrow.
LicenMark uses read-only Microsoft 365 and Entra ID access needed to run the review. It does not write back, remediate, disable accounts, remove licences, or make tenant changes.
Workspace review data is stored to produce review output, support review history, and operate the service for that workspace. The product is designed to keep that handling narrow, workspace-scoped, and easy to reason about.
If a workspace is archived or closed, workspace-linked review data may be retained for a limited period before becoming eligible for purge. Billing and accounting records may be kept longer where that is required.
Next step
Choose the right next step for a trust-first review.
Security-conscious teams often want to review the operating model first. Request a review discussion if that is the right path. If the read-only model already fits your requirements, you can start setup and complete onboarding directly.
Read-only. Deterministic. Built for teams that want a clear position, not another loose admin exercise.
